Responsibilities |
- Lead the organization's agile transformation journey
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on agile methodologies and its benefits
- Identify areas of improvement in the organization's processes and suggest agile solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement agile practices
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teams on agile principles and practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and practices across the organization

Requirements |
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and suggest agile solutions
- Experience in conducting training sessions and coaching teams on agile practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, etc. are a plus
